wheatgrass londonYou and Your Health - Anemia

Many people confuse low blood pressure with anemia. Although both these conditions can occur together, they are two very different entities.

What is anemia?

Anemia is a condition in which there is not enough red pigment in the blood. These red pigments are called hemoglobin. They are responsible for binding oxygen in the lungs and transporting it to the various organs and muscles of the body. When there is a decreased amount of the red pigments, the person affected appears pale and sickly.

Symptoms of anemia

The three symptoms listed below often occur together and should alert you to the possibility of anemia.

1. Lethargy and tiredness

These symptoms appear early in the course of anemia. In order to understand the reason for lethargy and tiredness, let us imagine that a normal person has 100% of hemoglobin in his blood and is able to carry 100 units of oxygen in a single blood circulation. Compare this with an anemic person who has, let us say 70% of hemoglobin and can only carry 70 units of oxygen in each circulation. Assuming that the body requires 300 units of oxygen, a normal person's heart will have to pump the blood three rounds to meet the requirement. Compare this with an anemic person, whose heart will have to pump four rounds in order to supply only 280 units of oxygen. The insufficient supply of oxygen gives the person a sense of tiredness, lethargy and lack of stamina.

2. Giddiness

Giddiness is typically triggered by posture change, e.g. from squatting to a standing posture. In more severe cases, there may even be a sensation of fainting.

3. Shortness of breath

With a decreased hemoglobin level, the amount of oxygen in the blood, and the subsequent oxygen supply to the brain and the other organs of the body will also be low. The brain, which can detect any decrease in the oxygen level in the blood, will perceive this as being suffocation. It will then cause the person to breathe more rapidly.

The next article will examine the possible causes and what you should do.

Lets talk about wheatgrass kit

wheatgrass kitLumbago Cause And Treatment

Impractical Causes:

  • Strain
  • By improper lifting and handling of items too heavy for the distributed weight of the person.

The back and stomach carry most of the bodys work force.

    Don't push your limit.

  • Fat stomach.
  • If you have a pot belly, this will cause back trouble as a Fat Stomach will pull the back muscles inward. One way that you can reduce excess belly fat without pills and strenuous exercise, is to use a Neoprene body wrap. By wrapping this around your middle it will cause the area to sweat at the same time support the stomach and back. Such support tools will reduce not only the extra subcutaneous tissue but reduce back pain. Make sure that you use the wrap over cotton clothing, otherwise, if left on the skin you will develop blisters.

The cotton clothing will absorb the sweat.

  • Improper Diet.
  • You may find that you get constipated and even when you eliminate the pressure may subside but the pain is ever persistent. This is because you have not eliminated all that there is to eliminate.

Using split Flax Seed will scrape the walls of the colon and get you regular having proper elimination. Use one tablespoon full once a day. Yes, put it in your mouth, half of a tablespoon at a time and drink it down the hatch.

  • Hot and Cold
  • If your body is very warm and then suddenly cooling off or getting in a draft. This can cause the muscles to tighten up and once seized, have fun. Don't sit on cement, stone or marble. These drain the body temperature from the derriere area and can cause the back to suffer for it.
